Privacy notice

This board helps our team see what needs doing. We keep as little personal data as possible.

What we store

• Your Discord user id and display name, from Discord sign-in.
• The roles you pick in your profile. Member names are never shown on the public page.
• What you do on the board: tasks you take, status changes and comments, linked to a board account created for you. That account has no real email address.

We don't store your email, we don't use tracking or analytics, and the only cookie is a sign-in cookie.

Why

To run the board for our members (our legitimate interest in organising volunteer work, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Your roles are mirrored to our Discord server so teammates can ping you about matching tasks.

Where

On our own server in the EU (Hetzner, Helsinki, Finland). Sign-in goes through Discord, whose own privacy policy applies to your Discord account.

How long

Until you delete your profile or leave the team. Deleting your profile (in Profile) removes your roles and settings. Task history and comments stay with the tasks, under your board username. Ask us if you want them anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use: ask an admin on Discord. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
